Cellar Door

Freycinet Vineyard's cellar door is located at the heart of our vineyards and winery and is a must-see attraction when visiting Tasmania's east coast. We are the oldest winery and commercial vineyard in the region, testament to the vision of our family founders.

Your Cellar Door Experience

Overlooking our oldest vineyard blocks and next to our working winery, our cellar door offers wonderful vistas across our vines and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning location and family history of our estate. Our highly awarded wines are available for guided tastings, by the glass or bottle. We can help you select wines for any occasion or for your cellar, with shipping options available. Coffee and cheese plates are also available.

Visiting Us

We are open 7 days a week from 10am until 5pm with last tastings commencing at 4:30pm. We are open every day of the year except Christmas Day.

Please note our cellar door is wheelchair accessible and pet-friendly. 

How to find us

We are located at 15919 Tasman Highway, Apslawn, between Bicheno and Swansea. We are 7km south of the Coles Bay/Freycinet National Park turn off. 

Take the signposted turn from the Tasman Highway, then drive approximately 600m down the laneway along side our vineyards. Parking is available on the gravel areas or at the cellar door entrance.
